So, I'll post about nearly anything, but most often it will be politics. You'll generally find me ranting against deficit spending, federal usurpation of states' rights, and the ongoing attacks of the current (and past) administrations on civil liberties.

Sometimes, I'll just post something that's funny to me. Be warned, I'm profane and irreverent, and I despise both George Bush and Barack Obama. That said, I welcome intelligent points of view and repartee. Let's get it on!

Flooding there has already stranded 20 million people, more than 10 percent of the population. A fifth of the nation is underwater. More than 3.5 million children are in imminent danger of contracting cholera and acute…

Hey Bob, just out of curiosity, how many people here in the states are hungry?  How many are homeless?  How many are in danger of getting sick this year?

So what if they have the bomb?  So do we - lots of ‘em in fact.  MAD worked perfectly well for a half-century, don’t tell me it won’t still, even in the hands of Muslim fanatics - which according to most of you Liberals really don’t exist anyway.

And all that military spending we’re doing?  Well, we oughta be backing off that as well, so you won’t have to worry about those 200 helicopters and all that money we’re spending there.

Is it a tragedy?  You’re goddamn right it is.  Is it our problem to fix?  Nope, not even a little bit.  When we’ve addressed jobs growth, a housing crisis, and an exploding deficit, then, and only then, will we be able to help the rest of the world.  Who’s helping us?
